Six Months To Change My Life

Hi, I’m Linda.

For a while now, I’ve known my life wasn’t quite where I wanted it to be.

I was going through the motions, living on autopilot, watching the days blur into one another. I was always tired, unmotivated, and felt strangely disconnected—from myself and from the world around me. Even though nothing was terribly wrong, I knew something wasn’t right either.

And I knew something had to change.

So I’m giving myself six months to reset my life—one small step, one honest reflection, and one week at a time. No pressure to be perfect. Just a commitment to show up and try.

I’m calling it My Balanced Life Reset.
